Since magic was discovered and brought over to their world it has been worshiped, one way or another. But as sorcerers and mages advanced with their technology and civilisations their beliefs did too. Many started to make the links between those with high faith and powerful magic. Maybe magic wasnt just randomly passed on through the familys. Maybe, just maybe it could choose what it gives to people and their abilities. Within years a system was in place to support this idea that Magic itself, in its purest form, was a god. The God. Of course everyone and every church will tell you a different story. Some say that Magic is alone. It is the only God within this realm. Others believe that it is one of many and some even believe that it has been creating demi-gods which should be worshipped alongside it.
